Ingredienser

  • 4 gluten-free flour tortillas
  • 11 bunch swiss chard, cleaned, stemmed and chopped
  • 11-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 13-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1½ cup shredded cheese (we used mozzarella), divided
  • avocado
  • 1 side saladHeat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauce for about 30 - 60 seconds util until just fragrant.
  • 1 Add swiss chard and saute for 5 -7 minutes, until is wilts. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Will look like a lot at first but shrinks considerably when it cooks. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • 1 Remove pan from heat, wipe clean. Then heat again over medium heat.
  • 1 Spray pan with cooking spray.
  • 1 Lay one tortilla in the pan. Let cook 1 minute.
  • 1 Spread ½ the swiss chard on tortilla. Then sprinkle with ¼ cup cheese or more to taste.
  • 1 Top with second tortilla. Cook another 2-3 minutes.
  • 1 Flip and cook second side 2 minutes or until golden and cheese melted.
