  • A pinch of salt
  • Ginger syrup
  • 100 g fresh ginger
  • 100 g sugar
  • 300 ml water
  • Roasted linseeds
  • 10 g linseeds
  • To serve
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 20 g mulberries
