When I became a vegetarian, I quickly tried to make different replacements for beef, burgers and meatballs, but I quickly discovered I was eating just like before, just made with other ingredients, so still heavy boring danish food, I wanted to make more exotic foods, since I find the danish kitchen a little boring

Cut the butter into small pieces and put them in the bowl. This may take some time and if it does not blend well enough you may want to add a little more butter or liquid, but do it carefully because it can quickly become too liquid
It has no sugar or butter – but its still really really yummy and creamy. I found the recipe on a Danish blog but changed it up a bit to make it my own

That being said I do believe I still have a lot to learn still, but mean while I am enjoying this basic recipe that works every time and makes it easy to variate the ingredients
